Sustainable Learning

I believe in tangible and sustainable learning.   Each coaching programmefacilitated or skills-based workshop focuses on gaining the positive commitment of the individual(s) to implement new learnings, however challenging, in their daily work.

To create an effective approach to sustainable learning I offer the following:

  • building in follow-up meetings with participants
  • delivering short refresher workshops 2-3 months later  
  • running small group phone calls focusing on specific objectives form the workshops
  • supporting HR or line managers in keeping the learning alive

These mechanisms make the programmes as time and cost effective as possible from an organisational perspective. They also encourage a culture of ongoing learning within an organisation.
